You can also email your questions to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We answer all emails within one business day. But we’re usually even faster than that.
Ryver “Send Feedback”
You can send in Feedback items from within your Ryver App. Choose the Help Icon (“?”) next to the Ryver Logo at the top of the Navigation Bar and select the “Send Feedback” menu item.
Click on the blue “Chat” button on the side of this page to initiate a live chat with one of the Ryver Product Specialists. (Chat is generally available from 8am – 4pm Pacific Standard Time).
We do not currently provide Phone support as a means of opening an issue. (You don’t like waiting on hold; neither do we). Please reach out to us first via Chat or Email, and we’ll switch to a phone call or Google Hangout if the situation requires it.
